Updating an existing value into sharepoint list

Hi ,

I found many solutions for inserting a value into sharepoint list, but i couldnt find a solution to update a value into an existing field.

My Problem:

I need to update a value into an existing field (that field contains value before) into the sharepoint list. Can anyone help me out soon. Plz!!!!
